With a family business like we have at Design & Build Corporation, the concept of safety is bigger than just ensuring we operate safe and secure job sites. Our employees are our family, and their families mean the world to us. We do whatever we can to make sure our employees return home happy and healthy to their loved ones at the end of the workday.

One of the ways we do that is by upholding a strict drug- and alcohol-free requirement for all employees, subcontractors, and job sites. This helps us avoid accidents among our workers, which assists in keeping your projects free of delays. But we take it a step further with rigorous safety trainings and briefings on any hazards that workers might encounter on the job site.
