Scott Eiker, now the CEO, has seen and done it all for Design & Build Corporation—just like his father George did after founding the company more than 50 years ago. Scott started in the business by carrying blocks, providing concrete work, and setting steel for George before eventually getting exposure to payroll, drafting, and just about every other facet of the business. Call it firsthand knowledge gleaned from hands-on experience.

It’s because of that commitment to the craft that the Design & Build name continues to represent quality general construction in all phases of the process. The company completes its jobs with skilled employees and trusted subcontractors they’ve spent decades building relationships with.

We’re also big believers in sustainable building and have LEED-Accredited Professionals available to help with the sourcing of materials that ensure your green project meets LEED’s strict standards. In all our jobs, we use recycled steel and concrete products whenever possible to reduce our impact on the environment.
